Do I need Google Workspace admin access? +
For your own mailbox, no. Sign in with Google like any other app. For shared/group mailboxes (support@, sales@), an admin signs in once to grant access.
Will my Gmail filters and labels break? +
No. Filters and labels run on Google's side and keep working. Banger reads the result and adds its own categorization on top.
Can I still use the Gmail web app and the iOS/Android Gmail apps? +
Yes. Mail stays in Google Workspace. Banger syncs both ways. Sent from Banger shows up in Gmail, and vice versa.
Where does my email actually live? +
On Google. Banger keeps a local cache for fast search and the metadata our AI needs. We never move messages out of Google Workspace.
What does an AI agent get access to? +
Only what you grant. You pick the mailbox, the actions allowed (draft only, draft + send, triage), and you can revoke access in one click.
How do I add my teammates? +
