These Terms of Service govern your use of the Banger Mail website, applications, APIs, and related services made available by MuchBetterApps. By accessing or using Banger Mail, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and authority
You may use Banger Mail only if you can form a binding agreement and, if you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The service
Banger Mail is business email software for mailbox management, shared inboxes, approvals, automation, search, and related workflows. Features may change over time, including pre-release and beta functionality.
3. Accounts, workspaces, and administrators
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any devices or sessions used to access the service.
- Your organization may manage workspaces, domains, mailboxes, permissions, and approvals inside Banger Mail.
- Workspace administrators may be able to add or remove users, connect mailboxes, configure automations, and access shared workspace data.
4. Google accounts and Gmail connections
- You may connect a Google account only if you are authorized to do so.
- You authorize Banger Mail to access Gmail data that you choose to make available through Google’s OAuth consent flow and the scopes you approve.
- You remain responsible for messages sent from your connected mailbox, including messages sent through user-approved workflows or automations configured by your organization.
- You can disconnect your Google account in the product or revoke access from your Google account permissions page.
5. Customer content and permissions
As between you and us, you retain your rights in the content you submit to or process with Banger Mail. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.
- You represent that you have all rights needed for the data, mailboxes, and content you connect or process through the service.
- You are responsible for configuring permissions, approvals, and review flows for your workspace.
6. AI-assisted features
Banger Mail may provide AI-assisted drafting, summarization, classification, routing, or workflow features. These features may generate output that is incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by you or your organization before use when appropriate. You remain responsible for your decisions, communications, and compliance obligations.
7. Acceptable use
- You may not use Banger Mail for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, or other unlawful activity.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, mailboxes, systems, or data.
- You may not interfere with the integrity or performance of the service, including abusive automation or attempts to bypass limits or safeguards.
- You may not use the service in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the policies of connected providers such as Google.
8. Third-party services
Banger Mail depends on third-party services and integrations, including email providers, hosting providers, storage providers, and AI providers. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or if continued service is no longer commercially or operationally feasible. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banger Mail is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that the service will meet every requirement or operate without error.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuchBetterApps and its affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of Banger Mail.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate. By continuing to use the service after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
