Email deliverability
How Banger gets your email into the inbox, and keeps it there.
99.4%of our email delivered in the last 90 days
Your domain, set up properly.
Email goes out from your own domain on Amazon SES. Banger gives you the exact DNS records, or a prompt so your AI adds them, and keeps checking until each one passes.
Add separate lanes for receipts and newsletters, and a newsletter’s complaints can’t hurt your order emails.

A list that stays clean.
- Hard bouncesAn address that doesn’t exist gets no more email from your workspace.
- Spam complaintsAnyone who marks your email as spam is taken off every future send.
- UnsubscribesEvery marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, and Banger won’t send a Broadcast without one.
- Frequency limitsDecide how often one person can hear from you, like 3 emails a day, and at what hours.
- Double opt-inSignup forms can ask people to confirm by email before they join your list.
Limits that stop a bad send.
Banger checks each sending lane over the last 24 hours. Cross a warning and you hear about it. Cross a limit and the lane pauses until you fix the cause.

| Over the last 24 hours | Warning | Sending paused |
|---|---|---|
| Spam complaints | above 0.08% | above 0.3% |
| Bounces | above 2% | above 5% |
Senders with under 100 emails need a few more bounces or complaints before a pause. After you resume, Banger sends in batches of 25 recipients for 24 hours.
See what every provider did.
The Deliverability view shows how Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and the rest handled your email over 7, 30 or 90 days, checks your DNS, and suggests a fix when something looks off.

Questions about deliverability
Where does the 99.4% come from?
It’s Banger’s own email, sent through Banger over the last 90 days. Of the emails the receiving server reported back on, 99.4% were delivered.
What does delivered mean?
The receiving server accepted the email. Gmail and Outlook don’t report which folder an email lands in, so Banger shows what servers do report: delivered, bounced or marked as spam.
What happens when sending is paused?
That lane stops sending. A pause on Mail or Product email pauses the whole domain, and if a second domain is paused, the workspace stops sending until Banger reviews it. After 24 hours you can say what you fixed and resume yourself, once every 30 days.
Which provider sends my email?
Amazon SES, on every plan, from your own domain.
Do I need separate domains for newsletters and receipts?
No, but it helps. Your main domain sends everything until you add a Product lane (like tx.yourstore.com) or a Broadcast lane (like broadcast.yourstore.com). Separate lanes keep a newsletter’s complaints from hurting your receipts.
