Questions about email scheduling
What is email scheduling?
Email scheduling lets you write an email now and pick the date and time it goes out. In Banger you schedule Broadcasts, like newsletters, launches and sales, for any time in the future.
What time zone does the schedule use?
The web app shows the time in your city, and you can pick a quick option like tomorrow at 9:00 or an exact date and time. Everyone on the list gets the email at that same moment.
Can I change a scheduled email?
You can pause a scheduled Broadcast, resume it or cancel it before it sends. If it stayed paused past its send time, resuming sends it right away. To change the email or the time, cancel it and set it up again.
Can my AI schedule emails?
Yes. From ChatGPT, Claude or any app that supports MCP, your AI can schedule, pause, resume and cancel a Broadcast. Depending on your workspace’s rules, a person may need to approve the send in Banger first.
Can I stop email going out at night or on weekends?
Yes. Choose the hours and weekdays email may go out, and Banger holds anything outside them until the next window, or skips it if you prefer. The same rules space out how often each person hears from you.
Can Journeys wait before the next email?
Yes. A Journey step can wait minutes, hours or days, or wait for something to happen, like an order, before it sends the next email.
Is scheduling on the free plan?
Yes. Every feature is on every plan. Free includes 500 emails a month, up to 100 a day, so a large list goes out over several days. Premium is $20 a month billed yearly, or $24 month to month, and includes 50,000 emails a month.
