Questions about email newsletters
What is email newsletter software?
Newsletter software sends one email to many people at once, like a monthly newsletter, a launch or a sale, and shows who opened and clicked. In Banger these sends are called Broadcasts.
Can my AI write and send a newsletter?
Your AI writes the Broadcast in your brand and picks the audience. By default, a send to more than 50 people waits for a person to approve it in Banger, and you can change that rule.
Who can I send to?
All your subscribers, one list or one segment. Banger shows how many people it reaches and leaves out anyone who unsubscribed or bounced.
How do A/B tests work?
Test two to four versions of the subject, design, content or sender name. Send them to a sample, like 20%, and Banger sends the winner to everyone else once one version leads with 95% confidence.
Why are my open rates lower than in other tools?
Banger counts people, not events, and only likely humans. Opens from privacy features like Apple Mail’s and clicks from security scanners are left out, so the numbers reflect real readers.
Are Broadcasts included in the free plan?
Yes. Every feature is on every plan. Free includes 500 emails a month, up to 100 a day, so large lists go out over several days. Premium is $20 a month billed yearly, or $24 month to month, and includes 50,000 emails a month.
