What is a shared inbox?

A shared inbox is one address, like support@ or hello@, that a whole team reads and answers from. In Banger these are Mailboxes, and your AI works in them too.

How many mailboxes can I have?

As many as you need. Mailboxes on your own domain are free and unlimited on every plan.

What can my AI do in a mailbox?

Read and summarize mail, draft replies, label and star conversations, assign them to people on your team, and set up rules that sort new mail. Drafts wait for you unless you tell it to send.

How do Triage rules work?

Describe in plain words which mail a rule is for, like “customers asking for a refund”, and choose what happens: skip the inbox, mark as read, star it or add a label. Test it on recent mail before you turn it on.
