Workspaces, projects, team, and connected AI
How workspaces and projects separate your email, inviting teammates, roles, and managing connected AI apps.

Workspaces and projects
- A workspace is your company: its team, billing, and security.
- A project is one product or brand inside it, with its own contacts, domains, mailboxes, Broadcasts, and Journeys.
Switch projects at the top of the sidebar, or choose Add project and give it a name and domain. Switch workspaces in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
Invite teammates
Open Settings › Members › Invite a person. Enter their email, choose their send permission and which mailboxes they can use, then Send invitation. Invitations expire in 7 days, and they must sign in with that email. Teammates are free and unlimited.
Roles

| Owner, Admin | Everything, including settings, members, and connected apps |
| Member | Read everything; write mail, contacts, and Broadcasts; can’t send Broadcasts or run automations |
| Viewer | Read only |
Invitations from the app create Members.
Connected AI apps
Settings › Connected apps lists every AI connected to the workspace and when it was last active. Connect an agent adds one. Revoke cuts access within a minute.
Delete and restore
In Settings › General:
- Delete project deletes its mailboxes, contacts, Journeys, Broadcasts, and domains. You can restore it for 24 hours under Deleted projects. The last project can’t be deleted.
- Delete workspace is permanent.
Try it with your AI
List the projects in this workspace, the members, and the AI apps connected, with when each was last active.
