First check you’re in the right project: the name is at the top of the sidebar. Don’t resend while you investigate: once the cause clears, both copies go out.

Trace one email

Open Logs, find it by recipient and time, and open it. The timeline shows how far it got. For a Broadcast, check its Recipients tab. For a Journey, find the person in People.

Sent means accepted for sending. Delivered means the recipient’s server took it. Neither proves it reached the inbox rather than spam.

Get help

  • Help at the bottom of the sidebar: write what happened. Banger attaches your workspace, screen, browser, and recent errors, and the team replies by email the same day.
  • Settings › Feedback: report a bug, send feedback, or suggest a feature, with up to 5 screenshots or videos.
  • Or ask your AI to contact Banger support for you.
