Logs lists every email the project sent or received: from Journeys, Broadcasts, mailboxes, the API, SMTP, and your AI, plus SMTP attempts Banger refused.
Filter
Search, then narrow by direction (outbound or received), origin, mailbox, status, and date. Show older loads more.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | Waiting to send |
| Sent | Accepted for sending, not yet confirmed delivered |
| Delivered | Accepted by the recipient’s server |
| Bounced | Rejected by the recipient’s server |
| Complained | Marked as spam |
| Opened, Clicked, Replied | Engagement |
| Failed, Rejected | Not sent. Open it to see why |
Open an entry
The detail shows the timeline from request to delivery and the route it took. From there:
- Retry send for a send that definitely failed
- Open in mailbox to see the conversation
- for refused SMTP attempts, the fix
